wonderful stay
convenient location huge room lovely breakfast
the location was very convenient for city exploration i found the room huge and comfortable the breakfast had lovely choices i was very happy with everything
the air conditioning made quite a bit of noise during operation that was not ideal

Fantastic stay near tower hill!
helpful staff complimentary wine gorgeous spa
i found the staff helpful and friendly ! the complimentary wine and chocolates for our anniversary were a really nice touch. the spa area was gorgeous, I appreciated the big pool, jacuzzi, and aromatherapy rooms.
The room was very basic. There was only one desk chair for a double bed. this made it hard to relax comfortably with my partner.

Breakfast was lovely (especially the omelettes!). it offered very good value for money. i also found the breakfast staff very cute and friendly. Arnel, in particular, was always cheerful and helpful.

the spa area had a nice big pool with a jacuzzi! it also had steam, aromatherapy and sauna rooms. i found the pool super clean. i did not try the gym, but I saw it and it looked lovely.

transport links spacious room
I appreciated the proximity to transport links. The underground station was a short walk. the executive room king bed was spacious, offering ample space for luggage.. it made organizing my belongings easy. i also used the pool. It was a nice addition to relax after a day of sightseeing.
the air conditioning made noticeable noise at night. it disrupted sleep quality due to its intermittent sounds. this should be checked, as consistent performance would improve guest comfort.

amazing professionalism nice robes precise temperature
The staff showed amazing professionalism from my arrival. the robes provided in the rooms were particularly nice. the temperature control in my room was precise. Also outside sounds were completely muted.
during my stay, i noticed some areas of the communal spaces seemed somewhat dated.

great location easy transport delicious omelettes outdated shower shower curtain extra charge
the location IS great. the Tower Hill underground station is just next door and getting around was EASY. breakfast was also very good and I loved the omelettes. a gentleman named arnel made sure i was happy with everything.
i found the shower to be outdated. the shower curtain was not nice and some staining was visible. there was also a large queue of people waiting to check in at the designated slot. this was because no one could check in early unless you PAID.
